Shipping, payment, and what happens if something goes wrong.
Same-Day Shipping Cutoff: 12:00 PM Central Time (CT), Monday through Friday.
Orders confirmed before 12:00 PM CT ship the same day. After the cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, they ship the next business day.
Everything ships in discreet, padded packaging. Your tracking number is emailed once the package ships. Larger orders may arrive in more than one package.
We take Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, and Bitcoin (BTC). It all happens inside the order form:
- Build your order. Add your products and shipping. The form shows your total.
- Send payment. Pick a payment method at the bottom of the form. It shows you exactly where to send it. Send the exact total.
- Upload your screenshot and submit. Snap the payment confirmation, upload it in the form, and hit submit.
We check the payment, confirm your items are in stock, and ship. You get a confirmation email right away and tracking once it ships.
Keep vials sealed, cool, dry, and out of direct light. For long-term storage, refrigerate or freeze.
